I work as a Nutritionist for the Los Angeles Lakers, the NBA, the University of Southern California and the University of Florida. I am a certified strength and conditioning professional and have worked in various capacities in the athletic community since 2001. I am also certified in personal training, nutritional sciences and physical activity, which I have completed since 2005. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and a Master's Degree in Physical Education with a focus in Physical Education. The purpose of this blog is to provide medical information to the people who want to know more about their own bodies and how their workouts affect them.
