Some are natural ways to quit smoking, others are medications that are supposed to help with quitting, and some are just plain bad. If you have questions about the products I have reviewed, please call me or write to me.
Many of the products I review are labeled as having no active ingredient or ingredients to help people quit smoking. Some of these products are labeled "tobacco-free". You can't smoke a cigarette while taking the "natural" or "natural and non-tobacco free" product. Most products will have something in them that has an active ingredient to help you quit smoking. For example, if you're taking some kind of medication to help with quitting smoking, you can still have a cigarette in your mouth and you could still die from inhaling smoke. So how does this work? A lot of the time, people don't know what's in the products they're buying. What they don't realize is that when they buy these products and are told it's "natural", they may be taking a product that may be loaded with chemicals or that may contain toxic substances that may be harmful to your health. I always ask questions on these products. I have found that the "natural" products tend to have some kind of chemical ingredient or harmful substance in them, but I still ask the questions.
